Introduction

Here is my blog for Animation 323 at Emily Carr University.  In it I will be posting the experiments I go through in this class that aims to explore different animation mediums, styles, processes and all the recesses I take it to.

The first main post will be a poster- a metaphoric itinerary that will describe how I will go about this course which allows for a large amount of artistic freedom.  Before that I'll begin with a few examples that have inspired me to venture into the territory of experimental animation.  These are examples that aren't necessarily considered commercial, which is what you would usually come across in animated TV shows like The Simpsons or one of the films by Pixar.
